All print sales are final and binding. For any undamaged product, we will be unable to provide a refund after it has been purchased and shipped.
If you opt for tracked and insured postage and receive a damaged item, you will be able to make a damage claim. If we receive a valid damage claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product. In order to claim for a damaged product, photographic evidence will have to be sent by the customer to us on immediate receipt of the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to the customer.

Shipment, Fulfillment and Delivery Policy
Once you have made a purchase, you will receive an email to confirm your order. Unless otherwise specified (during certain holidays or promotions) orders will be aimed to be shipped within 5 working days. If you buy a pre-order, then the order will aim to be shipped within 3 weeks. You will be informed via email once your item has been shipped and will be provided with a tracking number if you opted for this delivery service.
